Need to consider before blindly follow

The truth is most of the books, videos, courses and personal development content you guys are consuming are doing you more harm than good.

Most of you are in an endless cycle of constantly searching for that next big idea or breakthrough or strategy that will magically transform your life…

~

So why don’t we see great breakthroughs and results the moment we put that best selling book down or watch that motivating video on YouTube?

~

The harsh truth is, most of the strategies and ideas and concepts you guys are exposing yourself to are simply too advanced for you and simply too hard to implement into your life because you haven’t got the fundamentals right.

~

I see it every day, most of you constantly keep avoiding and neglecting to do the simple things that you can do each day. And because you haven’t built your life on a solid foundation you aren’t fully able to take advantage of some of the more advanced tips and tricks that would absolutely help you on your quest for success!

Get the basics right and you can build whatever life or empire you want and the basics start with you….It’s an inside job and that means you can’t keep looking outside of yourself to find the answers.

~

You have to do the work, it’s that simple and that means you have to run exceptional routines habits and patterns. That means you have to be disciplined enough to go to bed early enough to wake up feeling fresh and ready for the new day. That means you have to eat right and make the decisions which move you forward rather than pull you back.

Get the basics right, dress well, speak well, show up early, work harder than everyone else at your company, manage your money properly, have a plan for the day… the list goes on, but everything I share with you guys is designed to help you build a solid foundation for your life by getting the basics right!

~

Most people won’t teach you the basics, because it’s not in their interests to get you out of the cycle of constantly being entertained by personal development content and information.

So get the basics right first!

Follow In Your 20s To Avoid Regrets In Your 30s

 

Found on Scoopwhoop about some great advice to follow in the 20s in order to not regret in 30s. It was on Reddit thread.

 

  • If you marry, marry someone because they are your best friend, you share a common philosophy of life, have common values and want common goals in your future.
    Don’t marry someone, primarily, because their ass looks good in jeans.
  • Save money. Excercise sometimes. Don’t eat complete shit.
  • Don’t be afraid of missing out.
  • Avoid debt. When you start planning in your 30s for houses and marriage and children, having debt that you generated in your 20s in order to buy that sweet 60inch flat screen for your shitty one-bed apartment…..
    you end up hating the 20 something version of you for being that kind of stupid.
  • Take more pictures. Sounds stupid, but one of my biggest regret is not documenting my life more.
  • Excercise. Your body’s metabolism will slow as you age and if you’re unfit it will just get worse. Put the effort in early.
  • Drink more water.
    Look after your Joints and back.
    You will feel invincible until your late 20s and early 30s, then it’ll suddenly all start catching up to you if you don’t look after yourself.
